Craftmanship Warranty

This Full Three-Year Craftsmanship Warranty (“Warranty”) is issued by Mybushotel LLC dba Noovo (“Noovo”) to the owner of any van conversion designed and manufactured by Noovo (hereinafter referred to as “Noovo Product” or “Product”). The Warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship of the Product and does not apply to the vehicle chassis or any component thereof. The Warranty is subject to the terms and4. conditions outlined below.


1. What is the warranty period?

The Warranty covers the craftsmanship of the Product, including all materials and workmanship used in its construction, for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase.


2. What does the Warranty cover?

The Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship related to the following:

a. Laminate Finishes: The application and adhesion of laminate finishes on surfaces such as countertops, cabinetry, and trim, ensuring they are free from bubbling, peeling, or delamination.

b. Woodwork: The finishing, and installation of any wood components, including cabinetry, trim, and other wood elements.

c. Structural Integrity: The frame and body structure of the Product, ensuring is free from defects that affect safety, durability, and function. d. WaterLeaks.Protectionagainstleaks caused by defects in the construction or sealing of the windows, doors, roof, or other areas vulnerable to water infiltration.


3. What is excluded from the Warranty?

The Warranty does not cover:

a. The vehicle chassis;

b. Appliances;

c. Damage resulting from accidents, mishandling, or unreasonable use of the Product;

d. Damages caused by improper labor or services;

e. Damages caused by the installation of improper parts;

f. Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to fading, staining, scratches, discoloration, or dents;

g. Consumable products, such as light bulbs, batteries, and filters;

h. Damages resulting from external factors or Acts of God, including but not limited to natural disasters; and

i. Incidental or consequential damage, including without limitation, loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the Product, or commercial loss. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so subsection (f) may not apply to you.


4. Does Noovo offer other warranties?

Noovo does not offer any other written warranties. There may, however, be a chassis warranty available through the Original Manufacturer of the vehicle. There may also be warranties available for appliances installed in Noovo Products, issued by the individual appliance manufacturers. Owners are encouraged to refer to warranty documentation provided at the time of sale for detailed information on potential coverage provided by the Original Manufacturer or Appliance Manufacturer(s).


5. What are my obligations under the Warranty?

To maintain this Warranty, Owner must promptly notify Noovo of any defects or issues within the Warranty Period and provide Noovo or its authorized representative with access to the Product for inspection and repairs as deemed necessary by Noovo. Noovo may require, as a condition to replacement of, or refund for, the Product that the Product be made available to Noovo free and clear of liens and other encumbrances.


6. Am I required to have the Product serviced by Noovo?

No. Owners are not required to have the Product serviced by Noovo. However, Noovo strongly recommends that any repairs or maintenance be carried out by Noovo or a Noovo-authorized dealership to ensure the use of appropriate replacement parts and materials. Damage caused by improper labor or services may void this Warranty.


7. Can the Warranty be transferred to a new owner?

Yes, but only if the sale or transfer of the Product takes place within the three-year warranty period set forth in subsection 1.


8. How do I make a Warranty Claim?

a. Submission: To initiate a Warranty Claim, Owners must provide Noovo or a Noovo authorized dealership with the following information: (1) the Product’s VIN and (2) a detailed written description of the issue, including any relevant documentation, photographs, and repair or inspection records. Owners may submit a Warranty Claim on their Noovo Product by emailing Noovo at service@noovolife.com, or by visiting an authorized dealership. Owners are encouraged to address warranty concerns promptly to ensure timely resolution and maximize potential warranty coverage.

b. Inspection: Noovor eserves the right to inspect the Product. To the extent shipment of the Product is required to facilitate inspection, Noovo will cover the associated costs.

c. Repair. If a Warranty Claim is accepted, Noovo will cover all repair costs associated with the Warranty Claim, including but not limited to parts, installation, and labor. Owner will not be responsible for any out-of- pocket expenses for the covered repairs. Owners will have the option to bring their Noovo Product to Noovo’s state of the art facility in Las Vegas, Nevada for repairs or arrange for repairs with an authorized Dealer. For added convenience, Owners may be able to request that Noovo dispatch a mobile RV repair service to Owner’s location. The availability of mobile RV repair service options will vary based on the Owner’s location and service accessibility. Noovo is committed to providing flexible solutions to ensure warranty issues are resolved promptly.

d. Replacement or Refund: If after a reasonable number of attempts have been made to repair the Product or Product-part, and it is determined that repair of the Product or Product- part is not possible, Noovo will replace the Product or Product-Part, or refund the purchase price of the Product or Product-Part, whichever the Owner prefers. Noovo may be permitted to deduct reasonable depreciation based on the owner’s actual use of the Product when providing a refund.


9. How are Warranty disputes resolved?

Owners who dispute a Warranty Claim are encouraged to contact Noovo’s customer service team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Noovo is committed to working with Owners to resolve any issues as fairly and expeditiously as possible. Informal resolution is optional and does not prevent the owner from pursuing legal remedies in a court of law.
